This company mis-sold their product, claiming they would give us a 15 year guarantee. They were very keen to do the work immediately after the salesman's visit. I was concerned but it seemed legitimate with a loacl address etc. So we went ahead and they did the work all in one day, they said at first it would take 3. They were very keen to get their hands on the cash, but worked seemed o.k.
However, we are now unable to contact them at all, it's always an answering machine and they never return calls. They have never sent the warranty and have not retuned to remove their board.

I agree with the previous post. The salesman called and quoted 2 days to do the work, we then got a call the same night telling us that the work would be done the following day. The work seems to be OK but we had lots of problems with neighbours as the moss etc. splashes over a wide area and they didn't have sufficient things to cover drives etc. with.
As for the Guarantee (for what it's worth) it is on the back of the booking form although it is not very clear as to what is and what is not covered and seems to absolve the company from most things.
We went for the work as we needed the ridge tiles repointing which is included in the price and the quote was only 30% more than a local roofing company quote - plus we got the roof cleaned and coated so it didnt seem a bad deal.
