Lincoln Home Company/Advanced Loan Processing

In August of 2011 we were contacted by Robert Esparza of Lincoln Home Company
promising to help us with a loan modification. We handed over $4,800.00 in three
installments. We had tried to get help before from another company called
Debt Solutions, $3,500.00 that time, so we were very sceptical but Robert was a smooth talker and promised results and showed us results of other mods that were successful. It seemed as though everything was working the way that it should, then one day I tried to call Lincoln Home Company and there was no
answer. I called and e-mailed everyone there and recieved no response. you
can imagine the anxiety that I felt at that moment but a few days later a Man named Charlie Toledio called us and said that he was from Advanced Loan Processing and that our files had been turned over to them. We were assured that they would continue to work with the bank in our behalf. We were their phone number, fax number and address. We have heard nothing from them in
weeks. I have tried to call, e-mail, fax and mail with no response. I should have listen to my family because they told us not to deal with them. We are seniors and have a negitive amortization loan, which we didn't understand how it worked, we are desperate, we now owe more on the house than it's worth because we cannot afford to make the entire payment. People like Robert Esparza and Charlie Toledo are out there just waiting to take advantage of people like us so beware.
