DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER !!! We ordered several pair of shoes from Rios Shoes - Seller's Name: feng qifen, Seller's Email: [email protected].
Despite several Emails attempting to contact them, there was no response. eventually they sent a small (4"x3") package using USPS International Letter containing a "Hello Kitty" Bracelet. They used the tracking number from the bracelet to claim they delivered 6 pairs of shoes. we escalated this problem with PayPal, returned the bracelet with a tracking number, but it is still "in process". we strongly urged PayPal to remove rios shoes as a vendor. we'll see.
