DO NOT order this Auravie Trial offer as it is a complete scam. They offer a 30 money back guaratee offer if you read the fine print - which is do not open the product. They offer a 10 day trial period to return the unused portion of the product with a complete refund. I emailed Customer Service through the Auravie website on my 10th day. Says it takes 24 hours to have someone call back. No one called back or emailed me back. I emailed again on a Friday 11th day... No call back, I emailed again on Saturday which they are not open on the weekend only to finally find the 1-866-216-9336 number to call. I had to wait on the phone for 25 minutes to speak with a customer service rep in then tells me that I can not return the product since my 10 day trial is up. WHAT A SCAM this company is. The product doesn't work, it's very expensive and now I understand how this company tricks people into their money. I work in communications and I will certainly make this product vocal so that everyone will know the name of this product and therefore will think twice about buying it. Go Lifecell it's the best product, please check it out!
