International boundaries

On arrival to London Heathrow on April 20th 2012 I stopped to use the payphone. I inserted my credit card and followed the instructions. I dialled the London local number and a voice said my call could not be contacted. So i hung up and tried again. Again no connection and no mention of a fee been charged. The next time I spoke to the operator who immediately connected me with the same number. I spoke to my friend for about 2 mins and hung up.
A few days later \i checked my credit card bill and noticed 3 charges of $10 US to BBG Luxembourg !! 2 times charged for a non connection and the final for a 2 minute local call! Unbelievable. I look forward to BBG been taken off the pay phone s at Heathrow and anywhere else.
