I did exactly what everyone else did, fell for the small p+p charges and though I was getting 2 free samples.
I have only ever received 1 sample and realised that I was going to have to pay £74.95 for it.
I rang the number on the literature and held for 20 minutes and eventually got through to Katy Agent Number 4964 who had the sugary sweet voice of someone trying to con you,who would not take no for an answer and kept reducing the price down to half price.
I kept on refusing saying that I cannot afford this and that this was false advertising but still she persisted until in the end I requested to speak to her supervisor at which point she put me on hold and then came back to me after a few minutes with a totally different attitude with my returns number and then hung up on me.
All I hope is now that nothing else occurs.
