I ordered some ghd hair straighteners through hair12.com and the payment went through via [email protected] to beauty room clothing. A friend told me she had had problems with these people who are chinese and selling fake products.
I immediately e-mailed them asking to cancel and refund my money. A chap called Dean has been dealing with this ([email protected]) and told me that he had contacted the seller and bank and reassured me there was nothing to worry about. After many e-mails querying why it hadn't gone into my account in the last e-mail on 18th April from Dean he said the bank had said it would be sorted in 2 days. This still hasn't happened and it is now 22nd April.
Where do I go from here. I just want my money back.
