I was in a bind and needed to off-load some of my academic requirements so I sought the assistance of a essay writing service to ease the burden. After doing a little research, it seemed the most reputable company was essayscouncil.com. I placed an order for an 8 page paper to be due within 24 hours. 24 hours came and went and no paper was produced. The "writer" then requested an extension and I gave him an additional day to write the paper for a pro-rated refund of the extra time it would take. Another 24 hours came and went and no paper was produced. I then received a message saying the writer cannot complete my paper and that they would be giving me a full refund. I'm now waiting to see if they will honor that request or if I will have to dispute the credit charge. The customer service is horrible, and the customer support number for the U.S. is invalid, as is the same for the rest of the Phoenix Academic Solutions websites. DO NOT USE ESSAYSCOUNCIL.COM!! They will only waste your time and money.

- Any luck with that refund? I'm in the same boat as you. It's been over a week for me and they haven't responded to any emails I've sent after the first one.

- Im fortunate to say they were prompt in refunding my money. I received a refund within 24 hours and had no additional problems with them. I wanted to report them to the BBB, but since they're registered in India I had no additional recourse. Im sorry to hear about your issue, hopefully the person running the site responds back to you soon.
