I ordered Alfred Hitchcock presents DVD box set (37 DVDs of every episode) and was told Alfred Hitchcock Hour was a bonus 18 DVDs of every episode). I received only Alfred Hitchcock Hour in the mail (which is currently on TV on Sundance anyway) and what I received was a pirated bootleg of the show complete with hallmark channel logo in the corner recorded off of a VCR and transfered to DVD with no markings, disk contents, etc. Some even had commercials in the front. Their site says they have "fanatical customer service" and they have your back. But they don't return emails. finally they returned one email after threats to contact the BBB and attorney general, apologizing and saying they would get me the disks, and ten went MIA, no disks, no contact.
Update: 04/20/2012
The invoice comes up as "CW Marketing". You can find similar reports on webutation from when they were "tvwhale" and apparently changed the whole site, probably from when others listed them as a scam.
