I purchased a pair of Ecco Sandals from Love Shoes Mall on 03/24/12 and did not receive anything. I disputed the item on Paypal's resolution page on 04/10/12. I received a 3" x 5" envelope from China on 04/16/12 with a pencil inside. I did not know the pencil was from Love Shoes Mall. My case was "resolved" by Paypal on 04/19/12 since the seller produced shipping information. What a scam!!! I called BillMeLater on 04/19/12 and received information on how to dispute through them since I paid through Paypal via BillMeLater. I printed a dispute form from their website and sent copies of the Order Confimation from Love Shoes Mall (which now shows a reverse charge of $51.37), copy of the pencil, front and back copies of the envelope and a note showing this website to reference. I am curious as to why the company would show a reverse charge on their website and tell PayPal they shipped the product? Which are they claiming, did they ship the item or reverse the charge? I'm hoping that Paypal will also see the irony of this and if the charge was indeed reversed, why haven't they posted a credit to my account? With all the complaints, it makes you wonder if Paypal is an accomplice, ummmmmmm! If this is not resolved quickly, my next step is to contact the BBB. I refuse to let this one go, too many people are falling victim!!!
