I got a call from an Indian accent man saying that there was a criminal case against me and I was being charged with bank fraud and theft by receiving and some other things for not paying back a payday loan to American cash and I needed to pay today or I would be arrested from my work or home if I did not pay. I had recently gotten a loan so I thought it was real witched really scared me but I was really shocked since it has not even been 30days since I got the loan and they are supposed to take it out of my account automatically I asked for some proof that it was not a scam and they said I could not pay and wait and get arrested and take a trip downtown for 30 days or more.
He wanted me to go to Wal-Mart to get a green voucher to make the payment with witch made it seem like more of a scan to me so I looked it up on line and it brought me to this web site so I hope they do not scare anyone else into paying them. I really hope they are all arrested for doing this to people. This is the second call I have gotten trying to scam me out of money since I did the pay day loan online from an Indian accented man so beware if you do online pay day loans they give your number to everyone
