My partner and a friend of hers both ordered products from this company on a 'free trial' basis. A week or so after the products arrived my partner then discovered that over £70 had been taken from her bank account without her permission. It would appear that she is just one of a small number of people that this has happened to. After telephoning the company to complain my partner was at first 'fobbed off' by one customer service agent. We then phoned again and told them that if we did not recieve a full refund then we would take the matter further and they would be reported to the police, the office of fair trding as well as any other authorities and complaints organisations that we could find. This appears to have done the trick as they have now promised to refund the money in full. Fingers crossed.
