i ordered an electric cigarette rolling machine,paid 4 it by check,on line, was shipped ,via "UPS",(GROUND). all veriful on my e-mail, an still have not received it yet, this is 4-19-2012, ordered on 3-26-2012, my check cleared the bank . contacted UPS , on 4-12-2012, the put a tracker on it, but can not help me because they have a contract with this company an the company has to order the trace. went back to the web site an filled out a tracking complaint ,an they e mailled me back an said my $ was non-refundable an that they sent it via "UPS",(GROUND), so i lost my $. so i am going to contact the ,"better BUISNESS BUREAU. I GOT RIPPED OFF, NO WAY TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT OR GET A REFUND OF MY MONEY.
