Here is some of the emails that I have sent this company sense Jan 10, 2012,
People please check into a company customer service system. Because of the way this company's is set up I have been through Hell trying to get my Money back. I have been sending emails sent Jan 10 2012. It is best to make sure you can at lest talk to someone.

I have Been Requesting A refund on this matter for some time now and you guys are giving me the hardest time even though I used your customer service system since Jan 10 2012. With no help. I will be filing a dispute with PayPal today. I am not going to go away when I did everything the way you asked. If you had a customer service that I could speak to. and not email we may not be this far down the road in this matter if Someone do not let me know the we can solve this matter peacefully.

I will also be posting this matter to the public on All the scam site I can find. I do not want people to go through what I have been through to get my money back because of your bad system set up using the customer service the way you have it set up.

I received your email but I never received anything from you in the mail my software I purchase came to me on line and I downloaded it. Was I suppose to receive something in the Mail? If I wouldn't have requested a refund I would have never known that I was suppose to receive something in the mail. I just want my Refund let me know what to do from here.

James I have been requesting my money back for over 30 days. Your customer Service did not began to answer my emails until I contact you through a PayPal dispute. Even this email that you answer took me 3 times of sending it for you to answer. All I know is I want my money back a full refund. I will make sure people know how bad you product and your customer service.
