AT&T, Sprint, Google, Motorola and Mr Withers

My ex Mr Withers (who i have a death threat from and PFA filed against) got on my AT&T account, added accounts, STOPPED my outgoing calls and forwarded my calls, text and emails to him. When I found out (by doing my own res, earch) and brought it t AT&T attention, they did NOTHING! Bc I was a new account holder and they are idiots! He caused a high alert on my account which was never brought to my attention, over 5,000 min in only 2 weeks, max data and over $1100. In charges. Still nothing on AT&Ts part although I have in writing they believed Mr Withers cloned my phone and took off 970.00 in charges. He set up a Motorola Portal w that AT&T phone (when we dated he admitted to uploading my phone to his computer) so he was intercepting everything of mine. He was on my old Sprint account using it to forward emails and texts to HIS number. Created an Ad Sense account and added numerous Google Voice numbers and numerous other tracking (Latitude) accounts. Google never responds. The FCC has done and awesome job as well as FTC and my local police dept in Larceny for identity thief is working on it but this crazy is not in jail. I've gone as far as I can filing a complaint(s) w the FCC without an attorney to file a federal/frmal complaint. This is exhausting and been going on for months. ! !!
