Found a website that came in the top searches for buying Runescape gold. After purchasing I tried to contact their live chat with little progress. Don't buy from these people they are scammers. If you made the mistake of buying the reviewing them like I did, open a claim through paypal and do not drop it until they give you the gold or you get your money back. They will say they'll trade it as soon as you drop the claim but don't do it. I did eventually receive my gold after about 6 hours of arguing with them.
And if you gave them you Drivers License and Credit/Debit card number I would suggest canceling the card ASAP. I didn't give them either but i'm sure it's trouble.
