I ordered 2 flight tickets, for my husband and me, from buenos aires to amsterdam on the website flightscanneronline.com. It all looked real to me, they sended me flightnumbers and dates and everything, they sended me e-mails explaining how i should make the paymente, and it was very cheap compared to other websites. So they provided me with a bankaccount number in Latvia, where i transferred the money to (1610 euro!!), and from that moment on it was very difficult to contact them, i didn´t receive any e-mails any more, if i called them they only sometimes anwsered and then hung up on me... the last time i had contact with them was on the 3rd of april, when they told me they received my money but that they had a problem with the database so it took a little longer than normal to send me the e-tickets. That was the last i heard from them, it´s the 17th of april now and i´ve been calling every day and they never anwser, sometimes i get a voicemail, sometimes it just keeps ringing, but they never anwser... So i started doing some research on internet about that website (which i should have done a lot earlier of course...) and i realized that it´s a fake company, with a lot of complaints on the internet.. I don´t know what to do anymore, i lost a lot of money and can not go visit my family in holland whom i haven´t seen in years... I hope you can help me..
