I saw an add on craigs list for a 2002 dodge ram 4x4. The seller said he was in the military stationed in seattle getti.g ready to ship out over seas. He said we would use ebay financial to make payment, and the truck would be shipped via military and I would have 5 days to inspect the vehicle. I have tried reaching him with no response. So I have no truck and no money.
