I called an air conditioning company that was in my town to see about an Energy Knight wall mounted air conditioner we have on the porch that was not working, and after they came out and looked at it they said I needed a new mother board to the compressor outside it had burned out, and he showed it to me,and my not knowing what a burned out board looked like we went ahead to see if we could find one, and after much searching I found one, and the company said they would send it to the air pros address, but after a long wait I ended up writing to the place where this part was ordered from and e mailing them that I have a sick husband with parkinsons and we needed it right away, and they sent it out, the air pros installed it and after about 1 day I began to hear a growlling noise from the ourside unit, they then told me that they put a quick start on the outside unit because it wasn't starting, and when I called them about the noise in the unit, they told me a might need a new compressor that it sounded like that is what it was, so they came out and did all kinds of things to the unit outside, and I asked them that when you first came to see the unit didn't you check first thing the compressor, and he said yes so I said if I didn't need one then why would I need it now, and he said that it happens, so I went immediatly into prayer telling God you know what is happening here and all I want is the truth here, so please let only the truth come out here Lord, and after I was sent into the house to turn on the air and set it down low, I went back outside and the guy was fooling around with everything on the outside compressor,a nd it still made the same noise he did everything even removing the new AC electrical parts,a nd still the growling noise, and then he removed the quick start he had put on in the beginning and lo and behold the noise stopped, it was that part he put on in the beginning to try and get me to think it was something wrong with the outside compressor and when I ssked him to give me the part he said he needed it he had to dispose it I said but I paid for it then give me my money back for it and he took it and did not return my money, so they tried to get me to buy a new compressor by putting on a part that would let me think there was something wrong with my AC. They tried to scam me, but God let the truth be known and now I am letting you know the truth AIR PROS IN BUNNELL FL ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. BUYERS BEWARE.
