This company had a add that said order two items anti-ageing cream and serum for free for just £4.95.
Went on holiday and on my return i noticed my bank account had been charged by Mystique £59.95 and £79.95. I have contacted my bank and explained the situation and i am thinking of closing my account.

  • I have also been scammed by this company and the Pura Silk one, but not as bad as some, I noticed that they were intent on debiting my card for this large amount.

I got on to my card provider/Bank and had a block put on my card, I've got an RMA for the Mystique but so far not the Pura Silk and I have reported them to Fraud Uk and The Office Of Fair Trading. If I don't get an RMA for the Pura Silk I shall send it back recorded delivery and if they send it back and start trying to get money from me all I've got to do is contact them again and they will help me sort them out, I have sent them 5 e-mails but I'm not ringing again as I found out that the number is in the USA. If after I had read the ad and was transferred to the Daily Mails beauty page I wouldn't have even sent for the cream at all, I have let the Daily Mail know about this scam. I shall be sending back both jars of cream on Friday and will let everyone know the outcome.

They don't have a shred of decency in them, apparently they trade just inside the law through a loop hole, but if after I've sent the items back and they start trying to get money they will have crossed the line.

  • Sandra can you still send the items back after the 14 days? I went on holiday and It's been almost 30 days from delivery. I've also call them and got through to a woman to whom I explain that I couldn't have seen their terms letter as I wasn't in the country when the package arrived. Obviously this didn't change the situation, as you said they've got no decency. What still amazed me is that they answer their phone and talk like it's a normal thing and they aren't doing anything wrong.

  • I was told by Action Fraud Uk, not to send them back, and to ignore all e-mails and letters from them.

I was lucky as I had my card blocked and another sent out as soon as I noticed that they were going to debit my card for £79.

Report them as soon as you can to Action Fraud when enough people do, it will go to the fraud squad and hopefully they will be caught.

Apparently they have been getting through a very small loop hole in the law. Don't send it back have your card blocked and another sent out, ignore all e-mails and letters, you are in the right they are ones in the wrong. Please don't let them get away with it, the people at Action Fraud are really nice and understanding they don't judge they are there to help get these villians, I told them that if I was to win the lottery this weekend I'd hire private detective and when they found them I would batter them with my walking sticks.

So report them you have nothing to lose their number is 03001232040, so please I urge you report these villians and help get them stopped.
