Ordered the "free trial" off the internet. When i tried to stop any further shipments, i was informed that the free trial only lasted for 10 days. And the 10 days started when the product shipped from their warehouse.
The "free trial" is nothing more than a mailing exercise that the customer pays $4.95 for. There is no free trial of the product just a credit card scam to steal your credit card number.
I want to recover my money. Can i file a case in small claims court locally?
