You are told to call a number to initiate your membership (after paying) and there is no one to answer your call and no one calls back. This is a scam. The product they advertised is NOT what you get, instead, they ask you to pay more and more for services they offer. There is mention of a 30-day money back guarantee but there is no information about how to obtain it. Emails and call inquiring about the refund are not responded to.
