I applied for Engine Guarantee Rebate with Valvoline by purchasing their specified oil, downloading their specific form, submitting ORIG receipt with the 5 cap-rings just as required on July 5 2011.
Today I received my opened envelope returned with a letter stating only "More than one product must be purchased to qualify for the rebate. DAH, I bought (per my submitted orig receipt) 12 qts of oil and submitted the 5 they required. MUCH HASSLE for NOTHING
