Hello,

I am a customer of reliablecom. I took the special offer of 4000 mins @ $20.00 on 10/30/2011. And now when I was trying to access the local number, the pin but it doesnt work. I have been charged for $20.00. I tried to call to the customer care and they keep me on hold saying that there representatives are busy all day and all night.I have sent an email regarding the same issue but there was no reply from the customer care. I have been trying to contact the customer care to solve the issue but till now i didnt get any solution for this.What a cheap way to make money. Then I finally decided to approach consumer forum to help me with this issue. Thank you.
