I ordered from this company this same time as BIOUK as I thought I was buying from the same company as the ads were together but found out later it wasnt, anyway I only had the product four days when I received an email stating monies was being taken out of my account, they did not state how much,I tried to stop this by sending emails but it was to late they had already called for monies from my account three days before hand (as i found out from my bank) so they still went ahead,I called the number on the email and explained that not much had happened within four days of me trying this FREE SAMPLE PAY POSTAGE ONLY product, and they had no right taking monies from my account especially when the amount was not stated.
I spoke to a person in cutomer services and sent an email to ask if they were aware of this being a scam and that they had emptied my account and no monies to get by on.
I was given a cancellation code, asked to return the bottle empty,with the relevant code, I sent the item recorded delivery as proof of posting.
I waited at least two weeks before getting in contact again,as no refund appeared.
I received an email asking for my tracker number???, it seemed that it had not been received after two weeks, but I got my delivery within 7days.
Another email sent letting them know that I was not happy with this service and that they had my money long enough.
Four days later I receved my monies back, and my account closed,they did not refund my postage for sending the empty bottle or the £1 they took to test my account, I suppose I should be thankful that I got any monies back at all.
Wont be doing that again
