I ordered the so called free trial, but I noticed in the small print that they were expecting me to purchase it at £79.95 this would be debited from my card.

I tried ringing the number on the despatch document and was put on hold, I realised that this was a premium rate number, so I cut it off and rang my card provider/bank and had a block put on my card, so that they couldn't get any more money from me.

I've tried e-mailing them for the return merchandise code so that I can send it back but so far have had no joy, I found another e-mail address to the company behind it and asked them for it, stressing that I am a pensioner with walking difficulties and can't afford to use UPS like they say, because when all said and done, they sent it to me via Royal Mail.

  • I regret my wife fell for this and for two product pots we have been relieved of the best part of £150.
My only recourse is that every so often when I feel energetic I dial their freephone number. It transfers to their American Cusotmer Care line 00 800 2011 1200

I politely ask them to "please Refund My Money"

I wonder if all those so disaffected did the same thing what they would do?

  • I was one of the lucky ones, as I reported them to Fraud Uk who advised me not to contact them or send the items back that I had received. So in the end I only paid the £2.95, the more people who report them the better chance they've got of stopping them, they are very clever because when you click on the Ad it takes you to what you believe to be the Daily Mails beauty page, when infact it's not, I also contacted the Daily Mail and informed them about this, they said that what they were doing was fraud as they knew nothing about it. The villians behind this scam will try anything to get money there are all sorts of scams out there and believe it or not this one is still going, I've seen their advert on many different websites that I've used, so untill we get enough people reporting them to Fraud Uk and the like they will continue to scam people, they have got to be stopped before they cause real harm to someone who gets sucked in by them.
