I provided my shoe scam previously (on 4/10). I am trying to work through PayPal now for a refund, apparently a lengthy process. I also received the soft pencil from China. Since this is also mail fraud, I searched the USPS website for a method of reporting so that if enough people complain, perhaps they can be caught and prosecuted. Since there appear to be multiple names and email addresses for this scammer, somehow I doubt that the return address on the 6x4 padded envelope is legitimate either. My concern is that if no one tries to do anything, they will continue to get away with this. Please take the time to fill out the form at https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/confirm.aspx.
