I saw the ad with David Letterman and the $4.95 trial offer. i looked carefully over the ad because it seemed too good to be true. Just to be "safe" i used a credit card with a balance of $20. I received the ecigs right away,but they didn't send a invoice in the package, or by email. A couple of months later, I deposited $100. They took it out right away. they do not answer the phone at all, and returned my email with a cut and paste of the terms and conditions. I am persuing this through my bank. This is very deceptive. If anyone knows of a class action suit forming in regards to this company, please post the information on this site. i wonder if David Letterman knows his image is on this site, and if he does, can he use his resources to investigate this matter?
