This company's service stopped working completely. They scheduled multiple appointments to service me but never showed up at all. Haven't had any internet at all from them for many months now, and lost four full days of work. Paid for equipment and install for nothing. Paid to cut down trees for nothing. It was slower than dialup even when it worked prior to March, not even 1/10 of the promised speeds. I lost alot of revenue from my internet based jewelry store as a result, even cancelled important meetings with financiers to wait for their service techs who never showed and were never even told to come out, as I found out later on my own. This company habitually lies in a criminal fashion both to customers and workers. They do not keep their contracts, then want to charge paying customers extra to cancel a contract they do not honor from day one. They are corporate criminals. They are trying to charge and overcharge the general public for services and products they have no intentions of providing. In the process of hiring a lawyer to sue them.
