there was a non authorized withdrawal out of my bank account on 04/ 05/ 2012. i have no idea what this company is but this is ridiculous. i tried to call them but the message said i would have to call back at a later time. i even called my bank and they said i would have to close my account and open another one to resolve this issue. this is ridiculous when i did not do this.
