They called my cell phone offering their service to lower my interest rates on my credit cards saving me $2500 over the life of the loans and took $998.95 off my card instantly. I am 72 years old under stress on a fixed income did not realize what they did until my statement came with the amount on my card. Asked them for a refund, their supervisor Amy Verhoeff was very rude and unwilling to refund me despite trying to explain to her my health problems and stress and not realizing what i was agreeing too. She wouldnt let me get a word in while she rant and raved on. I just hang up on her.
