Peter Morgan from Lux. Cap. contacted me several times prior to this date saying he had a buyer waiting for me to submit my unit for sale. I was hesitant but after several calls and all his reassurance about the 2500.00 refundable deposit at closing--I went ahead with the contract. I've been getting the run-around ever since.
