I picked out a vehicle early that morning (8 am) this vehicle would not start so Charlie (owner) informed me to return at end of day cause it needed a jump. I returned after work and they said no one told them to fix it and was there anything else I might like. I ended up getting a Mazda Light P-Up Truck 1998. I test drove it in pouring down rain during a thunder storm and said yeah I guess, mind you they were closing in 15 minutes so I said I'll return in the morning cause my insurance and everything was closing. They stated no we can just transferr it from here. Had me sign a bunch of papers since a 30 day warranty docuemnt on motor and trans is included and hand me temporary tags. I went home read all documents and had it inspected. in addition to this 30 day warranty form there is also a SEPARATE form with fine print stating I waive this 30 day warranty. These contradiction is not on 30 day warranty form. Both front ball joints were rusted and detached with no bearing support and completely disconnected, the balance is detached and tied nearby on the axle with wire, the tires are bubled and choppy on the front, there is no heat, nor interior light to include speedo lights and the air conditioner has to be recharged every 2 weeks. I returned the next morning to exercise 3 day right in recision and was turned away. Charlie ignored me for 30 days, refusing my calls and hiding in his store, inisisting he's not available . My insurance company demanded tags and registration to avoid cancellation. The same sales person gave me that on the 30th day and said I had to discuss all matters with Charlie who conveniently is not there. Charlie finally gets Joel auto repair next door to do front end work, yet refuses to repair the heater, speedo, replace front tires defective from front end damage at sale or replace CD as stated at signing. Joel informed me this morning that Charlie is refusing to pay him for the work and not to bring it in for the additional work until resolved and authorized by Charlie who now threatens to repossess when payments are in full until 9/14/2011. Kelly blue book value in excellent condition is below this asking price, yet Charlie insists this price is with financing yet still expects price plus 20.01% interest within 12 months. All customers appear to be low income such as myself and this is his corporate policy with his "vehicles".
