an indian guy named adam jones called me after i applied for a loan through the internet and told me that in order to get my loan of 1000 dollars that i would have to purchase a green dot money pack for 168 dollars and send it to them before they could deposit my loan in the bank in my account and that after i did that his supervisor would call me back within 45 minutes to deposit my money. the guy did call back, but then informed me that before he could deposit my money, i had to send him an additional 149 dollars for taxes that the loan officer did not inform me of. i then went online that evening and discovered it was a scam. i have not sent them any more money except for the 168 dollars. i hope something is done about this because i had to borrow the money from my father-in-law and now i have to pay him back and its really embarrassing.
