MY MEMBERSHIP WAS CANCELLED EFFECTIVE 12/22/11. LA FITNESS WITHDREW $9.99 FROM MY DEBIT ACCOUNT ON 12/30/11. I'VE BEEN ATTEMPTING TO SECURE A REFUND FOR THIS AMOUNT SINCE THAT DATE.
Update: 04/12/2012
SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO VARIOUS LOCATIONS SUCH AS RANCHO CUCAMONGA, WEST COVINA, AND MONTCLAIR HAVE BEEN FRUITLESS AND FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST. NEARLY ALL OF MY PHONE CALLS WERE NOT RETURNED.
