I ordered a Dell Precision Workstation 340 512MB (2 x 256MB) PC800-40 Rambus RDRAM Kit.
Sent numerous e-Mails concerning undelivered product.
2 things I learned: a) never do business with an entity that you cannot speak with by telephone; b) if the price is a little too good to be true - DON'T DO IT!
