I got an email from this company (which I thought was a creditable HP/PC company-same as Norton co(were we purchase our PC-virus software from). Put after I made the purchase, which stated that I could receive an instant $10.00 rebate if I purchase the program today. So I put in all my information and also my Chase Bank Info for the $49.95 total. Then I received a message that i would get a email shortly with my confirmation info. So,I waited and never recieved their notice. I then checked my Chase bank account and there was the $49.95 taken out of my account!.....so I went and tried to get on line with them and no such address,etc......
