I received a phone call from David Ford from Netsuccess. He explained what this company was all about. After this conversation I said I was not interested. He told me to think about this and he would call the next day. So I got my questions ready and being a former business owner I actually knew costs affiliated with web sites. This person was very good at giving correct answers and he said being affiliated with Amason, Google and hotels/travel companies like this are top of the line and on the up and up. Flags should have still come up but he was so convincing I thought "well maybe this is legit and I should give it a try" Once I said OK the part of cost came up. They wanted more money than originally stated and when I said no he proceeded to tell me that they had a special and would include another package for the same price of $279. When this was agreed he told me his supervisor James Taylor had to complete the transaction. He proceeded and I told him I would pay thru Pay-Pal. He took this information but the next day James Taylor called and said they could not accept this because it would take four days for the money to be transferred from Pay-Pal and he asked for a credit card number which I gave him. This went thru as we spoke. He also assured me that the transaction from Pay-Pal would be cancelled. Four days later Pay-Pal took the money out of my bank account to pay Netsuccess. Took almost two weeks to have Pay-Pal refund this amount. Netsucess must have been involved in this because the money did come back. On the other hand they still have the money from the credit card. They set up a time to talk to my coach. This coach was an abnoxious person turning rude when he found out I would not give any money for advertising. He told me he would send information about the free advertising I could use for my website. This never happened. When I called Netsucess and told them this I got an apology and a list was sent. Only problem was there was no coaching as to how to go about making this system work. At this point I knew this was a scam. Of course they offered a 30 day money back guarentee. I was told to send back any information and disc by certified mail and a refund would be sent to me. This was sent on time and I have the returned card from the post office which was signed by Netsuccess. Still no refund. I contacted the BBB. I filed a complaint with the BBB and after about two months Netsuccess replied to them saying they refunded my money thru Pay-Pal. They used this as a cover up as they still have the money I paid them on a credit card. I have been trying to contact them since December of 2011. They will not answer the phone and will not return calls as stated on the voice mail. They will not answer any e-mails. I really just want my refund, but I am afraid I will be another scammed person by this company. In the mean time I will keep pursuing to get my refund.
