my card was declined right after i loaded my money to my rush card and i loaded 500 dallars to my card so i call to ty to have my card unblock they tell me that they will send me a check that never came then i had to send in my personal information no im not you just told me that the money pack i purchase was loaded twice to my card how i didnt do it now i cant get my money back
