This fraud against me and Euromillions lottery is still on going and the person who fixed the numbers works on the financial control of the company in question. He fixed the numbers they sent me a winning certificate to say i had won. Then i got a email reportedly from alliance and 'leicester bank in Oadby leicester. showing me a so called account with the winnings I had to pay £300 to activate the account. this was added showing a total of £4.528.300. i was then to pay a further £927 to a Eliseo Cruz in Malaga in spain to get a COT code. My girlfriend on checking these out on the internet told me they are attcahed to fraudulent money transactions. The alliance and leicester account was only accessible through this so called bankers email address and not through the main web pages. This cuts down to a personal fraud and corporate theft by this person and i have all emails from these on file
