An advertisement was shown on the product . Trial offer for 4.95. When speaking to the representative I did not agree to any other charges or orders. I made it very clear I did not want any other charges made and I would try the product and then order if I liked it. On March 19/ 2012 a $ 92.95 charge was made to the bank card I placed the 4.95 shipping charge on. After several attempts were made I did get in touch with them. At first I was told I agreed to the charges and I confirmed that I did not. I was told they could give me 46.00 bot not the full amount. I disagreed and after speaking with the representative, I told them I contacting The Better Business Bureau, My Bank and the Attorney General he agreed to refund $ 65.00. I could not get the agreement to refund all my money. This is a scam and false advertisement in my opinion. I will make my calls and wait to see if anything shows up in my account. Please be ware of these free trials only for the cost of shipping. Remember nothing is FREE. We all live and learn. Peggy McDonald
