They advetised in the local newspaper about a job assemblying products at home for up to $500 per week. I called and ordered the starter kit, they gave me a confirmation number and told me about what date the kit should arrive. When it didn't arrive, I tried to call back, for a while the number would ring and then I would get a recording saying the number was disconnected. I started dong some research on the company, only to find out that there isn't one positive thing posted about it, including that people have been scamed by them before. On 6/20/11, I called back and got through to someone, I spoke with the supervisor and explained that I ordered the starter kit and never recieved it and I would like a full refund, she told me that I can only get a refund if I have been turned down for the job. I asked her "How can I be turned down for the job when I never recieved the materials regarding the details of the job?" she responded by saying "It says so in the booklet" I said "Lady that's what I'm trying to tell you I never even got a booklet. You can keep your job and your booklet, I just want my money back." she told me she cannot refund me my money because a tracking number has already been issued on the package they supposedly mailed to me. I asked her to give me the traking number so I can track it myself. She told me she doesn't have that information and hung up the phone on me.
