I answered a classified ad in Denver on a 2008 Lexus for sale from a Maria jones .. I was assured that by going through google wallet transaction would be protected .. So I wired money in the amount of $24140 to allen walsh DBa google wallet now I have no car, no money,& the bank was also in newyork as someone else has posted ...

- I actually know the same transaction you are talking about. They tried getting me to send $15,500 to them and then they would ship the car. I called google itself to see if there was a transaction and they said no based on the ID number as it was not long enough. Same car a 2008 Lexus IS F bought out of denver and they want to ship from Fresno, CA. Fraudulent it is sorry you got taken advantage of but I do have submitted the info to Google as well.

These people are still alive and well, now named Sandra and Marcel Lang. They are trying to sell a 2003 Aston Martin by saying they work through Google Wallet. They claim the car will ship after you pay Google Wallet who gives you 5 days to get out of deal before giving them the money. Of course Google Wallet has no such program. A copy of one of their emails to me follows;

The car together with all the paper work including the title and a bill of sale signed by my husband and notarized are at the shipping company in Delray Beach, FL in a sealed container ready to go and they will open it only in my husband presence. They will charge us with the shipping fees for sending back the car (actually as I said in my previous email the whole shipping service is for free).

Fortunately this didn't cost me anything because I recognized it as a scam. Hopefully someone can stop this before they scam someone else. -
