Zen Air Services, LLC in Scottsdale, AZ sold me an A/C unit but failed to check my air ducts system, airflow refused to honor my warranty, I hired other company to do the testing from SRP found out lousy workmanship, leaking air handler, taps wrapped around are comes off after 6 months, coil didn't sit on air handler correctly with gap that leaking air. Their technician don't have proper tools to testing the airflow sold me a unit suppose be "really quiet" but noise level is 66-70 dBA equal as intrusive and annoying. Don't buy or have services by Zen Air!!
