i have just spoken to this company and complained, first they tried to fob me off with more products and small part refund..i asked to speak to supervisor and told her what i thought of this scam!! i am disabled and have very little money to live on and i,m disgusted by these vultures. ring 08081787320 sameand insist on speaking to a supervisor, they try very hard to wriggle out of refunds..but insist! cancel all future orders at same time. good luck
