Purchased a pair of hunter watling rainboots from kelly-mall for 77.00. Paid with Paypal. I few days later checked my account said still pending. Contacted Paypal for a dispute. They contacted me back with a tracking number. When I got to the PO Office the package was the size of a pack of cards. I knew my boots would not fit in that size of package so I refused it. The post master is report this as Fraud. Paypal issued me my refund...Now I can order my boots some place else.
