I have no idea who they are, however, they showed a charge on my Chase Visa card for $119.00. I had never done business with them or recieved any goods from them. On the web site they show an 800 number to call for service, I tried it 5 times at various times of the day and no one answered, no recordings came on. I wrote to the site and told them about the charges, so far they are never responded. If I get no other response from them, I will tell Chase Visa not only to dispute this charge, but to permanently block this vendor as a scam operation.
