I recieved an email reporting that my user name and password had been changed. I did not change it. I was unable to get into my SPM account. I reported the hack to SPM customer service 3 different times. I did not recieve a reply and no action was taken to resolve the issue. As there was no customer service phone number and customer service was not responding... I had to cancel my credit card. After trying to contact SPM by email for 5 days I called the customer service department at match.com. They gave me a number for SPM. After a 20 minute wait on the telephone I reached a customer care representative who reinstated my account, reposted my pictures and changed my password and user name. I was given 5 additional days on my membership. The extra services I had paid for were not renewed although paid for. I have attempted to contact SPM customer service but not had the time to hold and have not recieved an email reply. SPM would not refund the money paid for the remaining 30 days left on my paid membership.
