This company withdrew $39.95 from my checking account for a 90 day trial for a service they are supposed to provide, and have no idea what it does or what it is about. My bank gave me a customer service toll free number to call. The customer service person tried to explain to me what i was supposed to get a 90 day trial for and still don't understand what the service does. He said my account would be cancelled an no more money would be withdrawn from my account and couldn't confirm any refund as he was only a customer service provider for the company. Gave me a cancellation number and told me to wait 4 to 7 business days for a refund, if the company decided to refund.

888-791-1163 Intouchvoipcom customer service toll free number. Customer service helped me get a full refund of $39.95 within 3 business days after speaking with customer service person.
