On 09/26/13 at 3:46 PM PST, I dialed (954) 688-3566 to contact Mr. Chambers. There was no answer, but I did leave a detailed message offering additional options for resolution for Segapy's complaints. I left all of my contact information if Segpay.com would like to resolve their complaints.

As of 09/20/13 at 9:45 AM PST, I dialed (954) 688-3566 to contact Mr. Chambers. There was no answer, but I did leave another voice mail stressing the importance of addressing these complaints. Still have not heard from Segpay.com after several forms of communication attempts.

On 09/05/13 at 3:51 PM PST, I sent a detailed email to Segpay.com to ask them to resolve their complaints. I stressed the importance of a prompt response.

University Dr. Suite 1000 Coral Springs, FL 33065 inform them of their public complaints on Scambook and information on our complaint resolution procedure. I left all of my direct contact information, if Segpay.com has questions or if they wish to provide any level of customer service for these complaints.

I sent Segpay.com a detailed email to [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]. I stated that I have tried to contact them several times and have not received a response in regards to their public business profile and posted complaints. I left all of my direct contact information, if Segpay.com has any questions, or wishes to pursue resolution.

Again, I fully informed Segpay.com of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information if Segpay.com has any interest in resolving the posted complaints.

On 7/19/2013 at 1:25 PM PST I dialed (954) 414-1610 to contact Segpay.com. I spoke to a supervisor named Francis. Francis informed me that Sean Chambers is the one who deals with complaints and provided me with his direct contact information. I called Sean Chambers but did not reach him. I left a detailed voice mail for Sean; fully informing him of Segpay.com's posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 7/09/13 at 2:30 PM, I dailed (954) 688-3562 to contact Segpay.com. I got the voice mail of Cathy Beardsley and left her a message in regards to Segpay.com's public profile and posted complaints. I left all of my direct contact information in the case that Segpay.com is interested in resolving these complaints.

Scambook received an email from Cathy Beardsley from SegPay regarding the profile and unresolved consumer complaints for their business. I provided Cathy with information on how to register for a "Starter" account on our Business Resolve platform. I will update our users if there are any further developments regarding this profile.

An email update was sent to Segpay on 3/26/2013 regarding their profile and unresolved consumer complaints on Scambook. I am currently waiting for a response form he business and will update our users if there are any developments regarding this profile.

I called SegPayEU.com at 888-376-0948 on 11/19/2012. I spoke to a supervisor and alerted him to the public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. He provided me with the contact information with the manager who handles such inquiries. I have sent him an email and await his response. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.
